Artists in Focus

Chantal Joffe, Esme and Alba in Madison Square Garden,
2015. Pastel on board, Courtesy of the artist and Victoria Miro, London/Venice

This display looks at 10 contemporary artists who have a distinct body of work in our Permanent Collection.

Work by each artist is positioned in relation to one of our key collection themes and presented as a trail through the Floor 1 and 2 galleries. Included are recent acquisitions by Frank Auerbach, Rachel Goodyear, Chantal Joffe and Robert Priseman and works by Semyon Faibisovich from our Art Fund International Collection.

Each of our themed collection rooms will feature multiple works from a single contemporary artist, alongside highlights from our renowned Garman Ryan Collection.
