To celebrate Black History Month the gallery will host some of the best performers from the region in an extravaganza exploring the influence of African Rhythms on music and dance.


A History through the evolution of the drum featuring:

African Dance and Drums with Ballet Nimba

Dazzling Walsall as part of their National tour


Socca with Steel and Strings
The best steel pan duo in the region

Samba with Clive Scott from Muvuca
Featuring local young people playing beats from Brazil

Salsa with Spirit Salsa featuring live percussion
Taking the audience through the roots of Latin dance rhythms and moves

Join in, feel the beats and move your feet!
