Join us for an informative and practical workshop where you will:

Discover the Egyptian ceramics in the collection and use them as inspiration to design and create your own Canopic Jar.


 

 

Learn hand building techniques using a variety of non-firing air drying clays to create your vessel, led by experienced ceramic artist Kate Tilley.

 

Explore how Egyptian art has continually influenced ceramic art from Wedgwood to artists such as Clarice Cliff and Grayson Perry.
