The New Art Gallery Walsall is holding an indoor Christmas Craft Fair on Saturday 1st December, 11am – 4pm.
Come along to purchase unique craft in a fabulous gallery setting. Browse through the wide range of craft stalls from local artists and makers in the gallery foyer to pick up some unique and interesting gifts for your friends and yourself this season.
There will be stalls selling an array of crafts including gifts, food stuffs, products and cards to help you with your seasonal shopping.
Its a warm welcoming environment and there will be singing in the gallery from Walsall Harmonic Male Voice Choir at 12noon and Cannock Ex Servicemen’s Male voice choir at 2pm. All the choirs are singing seasonal songs inspired by Damien Hirst’s Away from the Flock currently on display in the ARTIST ROOMS: Damien Hirst exhibition on Floor 1.
There is a free family activity on all day creating snow globes and the Gallery Costa Coffee house will be open as well as the whole gallery showing works by Damien Hirst, the permanent collection, exhibitions by Fiona Rae, Jodie Carey and Harminder Judge as well as the interactive gallery on the ground floor.
