Drypoint Printmaking Workshop

Saturday 21 March, 11am-4pm

Join artist Michele Harris in a hands-on workshop inspired by the newly acquired Balakjian Collection, currently on display on Floor 3.

£35 per person, £30 concessions.  All materials provided. Tea and coffee included.


The workshop includes a guided tour of the exhibition, a drawing session in our gallery spaces and in-depth demonstrations of the drypoint technique. Participants will then apply these skills to create their own intaglio prints.

Michele Harris is a Walsall based artist specialising in drawing and printmaking. Her work can be found in public and private collections including The New Art Gallery Walsall’s permanent Collection.

  • Participants must be over the age of 18.
  • This workshop is suitable for all abilities. No prior making experience is necessary.
  • Booking is essential as places are limited.
