Daisy Askins
Following an open call, West Midlands-based artist Daisy Askins has been selected to create a legacy artwork for The Bumblebee Conservation Trust as part of Bee Inspired, a 2-year project taking place across the Black Country and Greater Birmingham.

Daisy will be in residence at the Gallery Walsall from 11 July – 24 September, and will use the Artists’ Studio to make a group of willow sculptures in conversation with the local community. Her final work will be positioned within the Borough of Walsall to spark interest in the importance of bumblebees in urban habitats.
