Creative Careers Day

As part of National Careers Week, The New Art Gallery Walsall invites local, creative young people aged 16-21 to a Creative Careers Day, to learn about the creative industries and the huge diversity of jobs within it.

The day will be packed with behind the scenes tours, artist studio visits, workshops with successful local artists, and presentations from some very special guests.

This will be your opportunity to ask those burning questions, get some top tips for a career in the arts, learn about the day in the life of an artist, and find out about work experience opportunities from a variety of arts organisations.

Learn what skills you need to be the next visual artist, performer or poet in Walsall and gain the independence and confidence to follow your creative aspirations!
