Our weekly art club for children and young people. Meet artists and creatives and learn to paint, print, sculpt, craft and more!

We welcome donations from families to allow us to offer these weekly artist-led workshops free of charge throughout the year.

Sunday 3 May: Simple Stitched Flowers – Learn to sew with wool and plastic needles.

Sunday 10 May: Pointilist Landscape – Use pots, marks and dashes to paint stunning landscapes.

Sunday 17 May: Positive Printed Posters – Make a positive statement using foam letters to print a poster
in support of Mental Health Awareness Week.

Sunday 24 May: Petal Prints – Print colourful patterns using plants and ink pads.

Sunday 31 May: Blow Painting – Using tubes and straws, blow paint across the page to make colourful abstract paintings.

Sunday 7 June: Spirit Animal Collage – Experiments with collage to create a wild hybrid animal.

Sunday 14 June: 3D Letter Shop Signs – Learn to make lettering bold and eye-catching then make your own shop sign.

Sunday 21 June: Junk Inventions – Have fun inventing an amazing thingamabob or a new kind of doodah using recycled materials.

Sunday 28 June: Mini Matchbox Suitcases – Pack-up your own tiny collaged case.

Sunday 5 July: Tinted Photographs – Add a playful hint of colour to black and white photo using watercolour paints.

Sunday 12 July: Foil Embossed Patterns – Emboss metal foil with patterns inspired by South Asian truck art.

Sunday 19 July: Draw with Shadows – Play with light, shadows and hand gestures to create striking silhouettes.

Sunday 26 July: Square Features – Draw 9 facial features to create a single artwork.

Sunday 2 August: Scrap Sketchbooks – Turn a collection of scrap papers into a usable sketchbook.

Sunday 9 August: Floral Sun Catchers – Make and take home a colourful summer sun catcher using pva glue.

Sunday 16 August: Saltdough Creations (Allergens: Contains wheat) – Roll, plait and make squashy shapes with traditional salt dough.

Sunday 23 August: Paper People – Collage and colour a whole outfit for a paper doll.

Sunday 30 August: Reverse Drawing – Create bold still lifes using black paper and white drawing materials.
