A Sense Of Place workshop
with Creative Health CIC
This combined arts project took place across multiple venues from Autumn 2022-Summer 2023, encouraging participants to connect with their surroundings, communities and public collections, post pandemic.
The A Sense Of Place celebration exhibition, featuring work produced in workshops in Birmingham, Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire, Wolverhampton, and Walsall, is on display in the Community Gallery at The New Art Gallery Walsall, until 26 November.
Join Sam and Rita as this drop-in session to experience an example workshop, and see other examples of works produced on display!
The workshop will involve looking at different herbs, and using them to make teas, as well as creating simple relief prints based on the herbs.
Come along this free session and find out more about using art, creativity and nature for wellbeing.
